This cannot be normal, as we do not purchase charge card for customer and offer further top up. There is no control in who’s using the card and accountability to it. Customer finished drinking coffee and asking our sales people to recharge?
This is almost USD$450.00 of coffee. We buy so many coffee for customers?
If they need to purchase coffee for customer, what’s it so difficult to do normal claim as entertainment expenses with the paper receipt? We do that in Singapore, and there should not be any exceptional to it.
