Saving a Retrieve Spec
You can save time in locating records that you might want to see repeatedly by defining and saving a retrieve spec. After you’ve filled in the Retrieve Spec form, save it by following these steps:
1. Press Shift and F8 simultaneously
2. Q&A displays a box (shown in Figure 6 - 3) in which you can enter a name for the retrieve spec.
3. Type a name such as AREA CODE 415.
4. Press Enter.
5. Q&A saves the retrieve spec with the name you entered.
