Job responsibilities
-Support to manage In-house trainings.
-Issue training announcements/ memo and distribute to applicable persons.
-Issue money request form for training by comparing and calculating with the budget.
-Photocopy and distribute materials for training as necessary.
-Coordinate training centers/schools for public trainings.
-Maintain training record for all events which are held both internally or externally.
-Monitor the documentation for recording all internal/external training.
-Translate documents English-Thai , Thai-English.
-Provide guidance and assistance in training and employee development.
-Establish and maintain timetable, including look-ahead scheduling of training programs.
-Provide assistance in making or revising training needs, OJT , Succession plan, etc.
-Issue and maintain record of training evaluation.
-Be in charge of company is training room controlling.
-Issue statistic and report of interviewed results.
-Be in charge of recruitment process, notification of interview result process.
-Be in charge of visitor is visit, take care of students from academic institutes collect questionnaire for recruitment report.
-Issue IN.DE. Training organization chart.
-Other job as assigned by Training Director.
