Many people cut out the seeds of the peppers. They believe that the seeds make the peppers hot,but that is not true. The soft,white part under the seeds is the hot part. You need to cut out both the white part of the chili pepper and the seeds is the hot part. If the dish is already cooked and it's too spicy, add cream or yogurt to it. Why? The fat in yogurt and cream wiil stop the burning.
