Loss of limited liability
The Company Law stipulates that a company must have at
least two shareholders to retain its limited liability status. If a
company is left with only one shareholder and this situation
persists for six months or more, then that shareholder will
be liable for the company’s liabilities and losses, and the
company may be dissolved.
