In order for us to process your request, it is IMPORTANT that the attached In-Transit Damage Insurance Form be completed for ALL claims and returned along with the documents below.
If your claim is under NZ$7,500 in value, please complete the In-Transit Damage Insurance Form and supply the following documents in order to finalise your claim:
- Insurance Certificate(s)
- Commercial Documents
- Statement of Claim
- Photos where appropriate
- Outturn/De-vanning documents
- Full bank account details with SWIFT code*
- Any other documentation to support your claim
If your claim exceeds NZ$7,500, please complete the In-Transit Damage Insurance Form and appoint the nearest local Lloyds Surveyor from the following website:

* Please note that bank draft settlements can take up to 3 weeks for receipt of funds therefore we recommend you supplying your full bank account details for speedier settlement.
