White dehulled sesame seeds of the Darab cultivar (2010) provided
from local market in Mashhad, Iran and stored at 4 C until
used. 100 g of them contained 55.86 g fat, 26.76 g protein, 15.65 g
carbohydrate, 0.03 g ash and 1.7 g moisture. All of chemicals, reagents
and solvents were obtained in analytical grade from Merck
Company (Darmstadt, Germany).
