The development of moral or ethical leadership and school administrators’ knowledge and competency are parallel. It is to be said that the professional administrator would also have moral quotient: MQ, emotional quotient: EQ, and intelligence quotient: IQ. If all the school administrators had all these characteristics, they would be able to exploit the fast changing world. They would be the role model as figurehead both in and out of school.
Then the ethical leadership of the school administrator by itself would affect the quality of both teachers and learners. The target was school administrators who demonstrated ethical administrator performance as a good role model. In order to be accepted by the teachers and personnel who were under their principal ship and management, the administrators might show their own loyalty sincerity, trustworthy, fairness and empathy to those followers. Including academic principle of human resource development, budgeting and general administration, school administrators as ethical leaders have to focus on how to motivate the school teachers and personnel through their own initiatives and wisdoms.
