Access-The physical approachability of the service location.
Aesthetics- The extent to which the components of the service package: appearance, presentation, service environment, facilities are agreeable or pleasing to the customer.
Attentiveness/helpfulness- the extent to which the service, particularly contact staff help to the customer or give the impression of being interested in the customer and show a willingness to serve.
Availability-The availability of the service facilities, staff and goods to the customer.
