Regarding requirement of S&P for foi thong ordering or Goldilocks submission of P.O. I find it too risky on the part of Goldilocks considering that the foi thong shelf life as they declared based on the product specs you emailed last November 28 is only 7 days. With once a week ordering the probability of over stock or shortage of foi thong is most likely to happen.
I would strongly suggest that submission of P.O. (purchase order) is twice a week so to provide flexibility on Production side and avoid spoilage due to expiry issue or shortages in delivery of this mamon variant. I am just trying to reconcile the forecast order of S&P with their actual ordering or the daily P.O. they submit to Coordinator as in the case of existing mamon. My basis for ordering of raw materials for S&P products is their forecast order, but try to understand that a forecast is a plus-minus order and never been exact order with reference to actual P.O.
Kindly discuss this further with S&P thanks.
