Obviously, the interview covers all the Manpower Audit themes; is the work necessary, how is it organised, is the grade right etc.? But specific questions that will help establish workload are:
a. How may? How many cases, letters, applications etc. does the postholder get? How many meetings do they attend?
b. How often? How often do letters, requests for reports, briefing come in? How often do meetings happen?
c. How long? How long does it take to answer a letter, process an application, write a speech?
