Customer Relationship Management (CRM) can greatly
help a company to find the perfect prospective customer when
using the data mined from the social media. The information
gathered from the social media can be stored as knowledge in
semantic network representation that includes the customerprofile and customer relationship. Base on this knowledge,
company can direct their marketing program to reach
customers in a more effective and efficient way.
For future works, we will establish a CRM application that
has this functionality and measure its performance in real life
using social media such as Facebook and Twitter
