ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Signs Internship Contract verifies “good standing” status from university, completes employment papers and medical release forms.
2. Attends orientation and all training programs.
3. Completes Internship Workbook as assigned and obtain required signatures from supervisors.
4. Completes an assigned project for ‘Philippine Airline’.
5. Completes Daily or Weekly Logs and obtains signature from supervisor.
6. Contacts Intern Coordinator biweekly.
7. Conducts duties as outlined (additional duties may be requested) by each department assigned and obtains signatures of supervisors to verify completion.
8. Wears uniform and name tag at all times while on-duty.
9. Uses employee dining area for meals when on-duty.
10. Lives in assigned housing and follows rules, rental agreement, and roommate consideration policies.
11. Receives overtime pay only when schedule has exceeded 40 hours in one week and supervisor has schedule inter, in writing, on the posted schedule.
12. Visits additional, nonscheduled shadowing of department when off-duty.
13. Requests changes to schedule two weeks in advance, which may or may not be granted.
