The distributions of the two parameters versus CO2/O2 ratio at
O/C = 1 are plotted in Fig. 6. Fig. 6a depicts that a higher CO2/O2
ratio leads to more CO2 consumed. This is attributed to the
enhancement in the forward reaction of dry reforming when more
CO2 is fed into the reactor, according to Le Chatelier’s principle. On
the other hand, the CO2 conversion decays with increasing the ratio
(Fig. 6b). Specifically, the conversion decreases from 41.3 to 13.3%.
