Corporate leaders perform on managerial behaviour while most entrepreneurs are trait based. Utsch, (1999) investigated the differences between entrepreneurs and managers in East Germany. He observed that entrepreneurs exhibited greater levels of self efficacy, higher order need strength, readiness to change, interest in innovation, competitive aggression and need for achievement than did corporate leaders. Corporate leaders on the other hand showed higher control rejection.
