1. Warm the water then put the sugar into the pot. Put the jasmine into the pot for smelling. Boil until sugar melted and leave them cool. After that use this water with the flour.
2. Sift the flour (already mixed with jasmine water) then put them into the streamer for about 40-45 minutes (do not let the water in steamer dried out).
3. Mixed flour and syrup together and with until flour drain the syrup. Leave them on the tray for about 10-15minutes and use fork grate them.
4. Topping with grated coconut.
