1. Get plenty of sleep - Create a comfortable bedroom routine / environment so you can truly rest and relax. Ask Archangel Raphael to take care of your body while you rest so that even if you are active and helping others during dream-time you can wake refreshed.
2. Eat well - I do not believe in feeling guilty about anything we eat because guilt is heavier than any other energy. However, if you know certain foods make you feel sluggish or uncomfortable, do your best to avoid those! Also keep hydrated . I've found drinking water can often be the quickest way to re-energize! This time of year, I often have mine hot with a slice of lemon which is great for the immune system and very cleansing, too! You also can ask Raphael to guide you to make healthy choices.
3. Listen to and watch uplifting media - You can still stay informed about world news without watching it for hours. And You Tube and iTunes means we have truly have a choice about what we absorb on a day to day basis. Choose wisely! Ask Archangel Sandalphon to guide you to music and other media that feels great.
4. Keep warm - We use a lot more energy when cold and if you are one of those people who quickly lose heat, wear layers of clothes if you need to! Archangel Michael is great for warmth and Uriel is great for adding extra light in dark, winter days.
5. Spend at least 5 minutes a day in prayer and/or meditation - Many of us have busy lives and say we don't have time to just BE. But we ALL have 5 minutes. So even if it's when you are in the bath or before you go to sleep, breathe nd consciously connect to God, the Angels... and the well of peace within you.
