YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -
More than two years after a Lisbon man was gunned down in Youngstown, the suspected trigger man has been convicted of the crime.
35-year-old Larry Blue pleaded guilty to reduced charges just before his trial was about to get underway for the February 2013 shooting death of David Stokes at the Rockford Village development on Youngstown's east side.
Blue pleaded guilty on Wednesday to charges of murder, aggravated robbery and two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications.
The more serious aggravated murder charge was dropped.
Blue will be sentenced Thursday morning.
