6.4. In the event that the Vendor is requested or required by any law, rule, regulation or judicial or administrative proceeding (including, but not limited to, deposition, interrogatory, request for documents, subpoena, civil investigative demand or similar process) to disclose any of the Confidential Information, the Vendor will, to the extent permitted by law, rule or regulation, notify CHEIL immediately so that CHEIL may seek an appropriate protective order and/or take any other action. If the Vendor is required to provide or disclose any Confidential Information, the Vendor shall disclose or provide the least amount of Confidential Information as possible while complying with the relevant laws or court order and, in such case, the Vendor shall use its best efforts to ensure that the confidentiality of such Confidential Information is maintained in accordance with this Agreement.
6.5. The confidential obligations hereunder shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
