Every stages of our production process are combined with the latest technology. Raw materials must be weighed and formulated to the quality desired before entering to the production process. During the entire process, samples are collected and tested by most precise equipment to ensure that the products are consistency and maximum reliability. The finished compound is checked and controlled once again before being packaged and delivered to customers.
The processing is done in a totally enclosed system to prevent contamination especially our hygiene Medical PVC Compound that is globally approved. Our production procedures are designed to meet each product’s specification by using most advanced equipment. The production process is standardized and supervised by our specialized and experienced staffs.
Here is the Process how we make our fine and reputed Compound.
1.Blending
Resin, the main component, is mixed with other materials under controlling time and temperature. The mixture is called "Dry Blend".
2. Kneading
"Dry Blend" is kneaded under controlling temperature on Intermixer and Mixing Roll. At this stage, there is initial sample collection and inspection.
3. Pelletizing
Compound is cut into pellets by Pelletizer with optimal cutter speed to assure that every pellets of our compound are the same dimension.
4. Cooling
PVC Compound is air cooled as room temperature by the "Cooling Unit" and stored in pellet service tank.
5. Weighing and Packaging
The air cooled PVC Compound must pass "Rotary Selector" to selector to select any incomplete pellet, before finished PVC Compound is packaged and labeled by weight, grade, color, and lot number. In this stage, samples are also collected for inspection.
