I went through the logs but didn’t find any performance issues (No high memory/ or high CPU).
Based on the defect provided by IPCC team, it was stated to check system performance if the system has no AXL Time out issues. Earlier, I checked AXL logs and confirmed all the operations are processed within less than 5000ms, and now I went through System Logs and confirmed no issues with the system performance.
Workaround:
Optimize the deployment as follows: Make sure that UCCX points to the CCM Pub as first choice for AXL requests. Make sure that LRO is disabled in VMWare. When Finesse clients are succesfully logged in, then perform a request which results in an error, then subsequent operations succeed, it is likely the result of slower AXL response times. Look at the CCM AXL logs to identify if any of the request Process times are greater than 5000 ms. If this continues, engage the CCM TAC to investigate the performance of the Publisher server hosting the AXL service.
