Scholars who study those actors, how they act, and the effects of their actions are studying international entrepreneurship. So, too, are scholars who compare domestic entrepreneurial systems, cultures, and behavioracross national borders. Thus, there are two branches to the study of international entrepreneurship, one focusing on the cross-national-border behavior of entrepreneurial actors, and another focusing on the cross-national-border comparison of entrepreneurs, their behavior, and the circumstances in which they are imbedded.
