I can now see that you so much clever, advising that the Club is not in a position to take a decision of a lower standard that the Flag regulation.
As per our discussion yesterday, I did stress to you again (vessels which have LOA over 24m) that almost skippers or deck officers can not calculate stability but they have loaded and discharged cargoes with safety by their seaman experience.
If you want to stand on this point that all vessels above 24 m. must to provide stability booklet onboard. Referring to our discussion yesterday, we and our members have no choice, but we would ask the club to point out clearly that the club will not cover for those vessels in which they do not have stability booklets. So that there will be no problem in the future you may say something difficult to the claim.
We do not like to advise again, why does Flag State allow the vessels trading and TG issued annual license to those vessels (without stability booklet), what will be benefited to the members and the club for the waste cost of THB 50,000 to 60,000 per vessel to buy a thing that they do not know how to use.
I can see only one way on your request, you must advise TG to enfore this regulation strickly.
But not a suggestion from Sea Monarch. Then you can get the thing you want.
