If you are connecting to Wi-Fi at home, try to reset your router. If you think your router may be the issue, check your router's instruction manual or contact the router manufacturer for troubleshooting and support. If you think your router is working but you still can’t connect to the Internet, contact your Internet service provider for help.
Often you can:
Unplug the router from the electrical outlet. Make sure the lights on the router go out.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug the router back in. Wait 30 seconds for the lights to come back on.
Try to use the Play Store and see if the connection problems have been solved.
