Section 4. Working Time Regulations
Item 1. Objective
1. The internal operation procedure (“IOP”) aims to set out how the provisions of the Working Time Regulations are to be implemented and applied within the Bank, and to ensure that the Bank complies with the requirements of the “Labour Protection Law” (The Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 and all royal degrees, ministerial regulations, rules and regulations promulgated and issued by virtue of this acts amending this Act).
Item 2. Application
1. Applies to all employees.
2. On the first working day, Human Resources Division will provide a copy of this procedure to new employees.
3. All employees are responsible for reading and understanding this procedure. If an employee does not understand any part of this procedure, questions to clarify an understanding should be addressed to Human Resources Division or the employee’s supervisor.
