• To be the key support for the Branch employee, and in particular, the Branch Manager within your region of responsibility.
• The Regional Manager must ensure financial objectives across the region are achieved each year.
• The Regional Manager must ensure operational efficiencies are being driven and implemented, as well as, operational compliance and adherence to security rules, standard operating procedures and company policies.
• The Regional Manager must drive operational synergies through identifying best practice procedures and then implement across the region of responsibility.
• The Regional Manager must promote an optimal workforce therefore must report and measure Branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
• The Regional Manager must be identified as the conduit between our customer base and our operational Branches.
