Please be aware that under the Thai Labour Law, it is illegal for employees in a Company to work outside of their Company employment contract without expressed confirmation by the Company to allow them to do so.
By copy of this letter, we wish to reinforce this as the position of aim and alp.
Any employee who wishes to carry out extra activities should therefore seek in writing the approval from the Company Secretary, who will obtain or otherwise the necessary approval.
Any employees found breaching these arrangements will be subject to disciplinary actions, which could include termination.
