I don’t understand why the boxes would get wet. The company provides Nok with a gasoline card for his car, which he should be using, especially when transporting machines. It’s highly inappropriate to be moving machines around on a motorbike, especially in the rain.
Please help me communicate this with him.

Yesterday K.Nok took the machines by the pick-up car were not by the motorcycle and only the outer boxes got wet on the he back to home around 7 pm and he has informed me since last night, however the machines come back are the second hand one and different serials number between the boxes and machines and I can find a new boxes for them anyway!!
I don't understand too, why you have to always complained him? Do you know he worked very hard yesterday and he did the best since he went to Four Seasons the early morning? And last night he also have to took back the La Spaziale machine from the hotel went back to his home to repaired and bring it to install back to the hotel this morning, he always communicated with me.
There are another important issue that you need to know, K.Nok is the best technician as I can have and can found a good technician for Samui Branch, he know every where, he can find to buy the spare parts urgently if he need some parts without a waiting from BKK only, and he is person in Samui area and almost always he stay there.
For my opinions, I'm very happy with him at the moment to support and solved the problems for illy technical department, also you and your sales team can be get a good support from him to support you any times you need just informed him, I'm sure.
