Exporting the Event Design and all Attachments
You are able to run an export of the RFQ event design, which will bring with it all of the attachments we have included within the RFQ.
This will prompt you to save a WinZip folder containing all the files.
If you create a folder on your hard drive and extract all the files within the WinZip folder to that folder on your hard drive, when you open the event design spreadsheet, all the hyperlinks to the attached files, will be accessible question by question.
1.2 Launch of Tesco Lotus Request for Information (RFI) - General RFI Statement
Tesco Lotus Ltd are pleased to announce we will be conducting this RFI for Group Procurement and hereby invite you to participate in this important initiative.
RFI's allow sellers to provide important information to Tesco Lotus, which enable us to assess the responses side-by-side in a more timely and efficient method than traditional forms of business. The event is designed to be easy to use and the only equipment required is standard Internet access. Suppliers benefit from the transparency and speed that the process provides.
The RFI process will enable us to confirm supplier details and agreement to the Internal AUdit attachment electronically.
The RFI will take place through the Tesco Lotus eSourcing solution powered by NeoGrid and will only be sent to suppliers we believe are currently working with Tesco Lotus.
The RFI will not automatically give rise to any contractual relationship between you and Tesco Lotus.
This is NOT a Tender Process
