Starting next Wednesday, GMs and Owners will be stopping by locations to observe service.
Staff is to treat our table just as any other customer.
You and your staff will be graded on the following:
- Greeting/First Impression (this includes uniform)
- Does server try to sell bottled water?
- Does server try to sell an alcoholic drink?
- Food knowledge (allergens, gluten, etc)
- Does server repeat the order back?
- Does server remind guest about dessert?
