The employee will have his employment status terminated when
(1) Death means the employee has passed away by any cause.
(2) Resignation means the employee has resigned from the employment of the company through submission of a written resignation letter to the superior in order within at least 30 days before the resignation date. The employee will lose the employment status when his resignation is approved.
(3) Retirement
3.1 Means the employee will lose his employment status with the company when he has turned 60 years full years
3.2 Retirement date is counted from starting of the day to the end of the day.
3.3 The retired employee may be employed further for a specific term.
