Fig. 5 represents the radius losses to obtain several crack widths (from 0.05 to 0.5 ram). It can be seen that higher attack penetrations are necessary when applying 100 gA/cm2 than when applying 10 gA/cmz (in nominal values), to get a specific crack width. Also, Fig. 5 represents the results for the specimen tested at 3 gA/cm2.
