The effect of HPH at 100,200and300M

The effect of HPH at 100,200and300MPa in the B.stearothermophilus spores and 300MPa in the C.sporogenus spores were measured.For these three conditions,no inactivation of spores was observed and the NDR determined for B.stearothermophilus were negative ,indicating a possible activation of the spores,as previously described using high hydrostatic pressure.
