Governments, private sectors, and publics have to cooperate to create solutions for overpopulation problems. The first step that can be taken is encouraging family planning. Family planning is a government program to control the number of children that families have by using contraceptives. The function of government is to legalize the rule. Private sectors have purpose to offer incentives for every element that joined family planning program. The incentives can be healthy allowances, more recommended in filling the job vacancies, and transportation allowances. If government and private sectors can cooperate effectively, the public will be more certain to join family planning program.
