Using the factor scores obtained through factor analysis, regression
analysis was used to create a mathematical model to
determine the customer satisfaction index of HST services. Scores
for the 4 factors underlying customer satisfaction with HST services
were used as independent variables, and factors underlying
the satisfaction index of HST services were used as dependent
variables. The results of regression analysis based on LS are shown
in Table 3. According to the table, all of the factors included in the
model were found to be significant at a significance level of
0.001%, and the value of Residual Standard Error (RSE) was calculated
as 0.6009
