Signatories specified in the Signature List(s) are authorised to give instructions for the operation and administration of Accounts and Services including but not limited to (i) the transfer of funds from the Accounts (ii) the drawing of any cheque and the endorsement of any draft or written order, bill of exchange or promissory note and (iii) otherwise representing the Customer in any matters of operation or administration of the Accounts and Services and any transactions in connection with the management of the Accounts and Services.
If nothing is entered restricting the signing authority of a signatory to certain communication channels, the Bank will assume that the signatory is authorised to instruct the Bank via any channel.
To the extent permitted by law for the purposes of electronic Communication, each signatory is authorised to give instructions individually. In case of bank administration, powers may be restricted as indicated in the signature list or as otherwise indicated below.
With respect to any other form of communication (other than electronic communication), and only if nothing is entered into “Single/Joint” signing field, the Bank will assume that, with respect to any other form of instruction, any two of the signatories specified on this sheet may sign jointly, unless otherwise specified in the “Category” signing field, respective Board Resolution or any of the attachments hereto.
