Greetings from OneCert, Inc.! I am currently finishing the 2016 certification decision for NC Coconut Co., Ltd. handling. Below are additional requirements that must be submitted to OneCert before a decision can be made.
Clarify whether NaCl (salt) or seal salt is used for Coconut Water. Note that NaCl (salt) is already approved for use.
Provide an SOP for the production of Coco Mini.
The product Dried Organic Coconut Meat is a new product for 2016. Please provide the following:
Updated OSP Lists to include all items for Dried Coconut Meat. Ex: EL requires addition of cutting utensils, wok, oven to dry, vaccum pack, etc. Supplier List requires correct listing of sugar supplier (Angvian Industry Company Limited). Packaging requires update for all packaging material used for dried organic coconut meat., etc.
SOP for the production of Dried Organic Coconut Meat
EU certificate for sugar
Label requires update for certified organic by statement. As product would be eligible for EU certification the statement "Certified organic by OneCert" should be used.
Updated Facility map that includes the production area of Dried Organic Coconut Meat.
OSP #11 indicates that ingredients are sourced from uncertified distributors. Please submit the attached Uncertified Handler Declaration.
OSP #15 indicates that all ingredients are sourced from own farm. This is untrue as other ingredients are sourced elsewhere. Please update OSP #15.
