B. Understand importance of completing assigned tasks on time.; Maintain files and records to demonstrate progress toward goals.
C. Thorough understanding of the project plan including key project milestones, project deliverables, project roles, etc.; Prioritize assigned sub-tasks based on project timelines and scheduled tasks.; Seek guidance on setting work/task priorities, and follow priorities as assigned.
D. Determine with manager when additional resources are required to complete tasks.; Prepare plans for non-routine projects to provide deliverables within project parameters (e.g. budget, timeframe, resource) with support.; Set measurable goals for self that are on target with department goals.; Systematically break large tasks down into smaller and manageable sub-tasks.
E. Prepare for and manage complex projects or assignment that directly address organization goal.; Review project plans of others and provide adequate feedback.; Reallocate resources or renegotiate timelines.; Use effective strategies to balance multiple projects, and ensure completion of all assigned tasks.
F. Anticipate changing workload requirements well in advance, and seek additional resources or support based on strategy and planning.; Implement cross-functional, multi-year, large scale efforts based on company or department goals and strategic direction.
