Vinyl sounds better. Don't tell me about accuracy or your stinkin' tests. The primary benefit of digital is random access, and CD/wav is an acceptable delivery medium. Take the crispyness of a good vinyl and rip it to a wave file and you get the best of both words. I usually search music on YouTube and use "vinyl" as an additional search term. Takes you right to the good sounding clips. My estimation (as somebody who has been into audio/enigneering for 20+ years) is that the EQ curve and the limited headroom are actually enhancing the sound, rather than hurting it,
