Regarding your verbal request to apply BR for service process.
As I checked with some staff, if we don’t issue contract, we don’t need to apply BR (just proceed as workflow charge)
But we are not sure that our case is the same with other or not
Anyhow, for our case, please kindly carefully check and confirm back by email
whether we have to apply BR or not?
And do we have to issue contract or not if we decide to use service agreement?
