To our knowledge, our study is the second one that compares the effect of vestibular rehabilitation on unilateral and bilateral vestibular dysfunction by objective and subjective assessment methods. In the study performed by Krebs et al.6 the comparison of vestibular rehabilitation in unilateral and bilateral vestibular disorder was not the primary endpoint; whereas in our study it was taken as the primary endpoint. Yet, the retrospective quality of the study is a disadvantage, and our results should be support- ed by further double blind randomized prospective studies. Unlike the study performed by Krebs et al.,6 pretest balance scores of our patients with unilateral and bilateral vestibular disease were similar, which may have influenced the results.
