1. slice the mushroom
2. chop up the onion into small pieces
3. chop up parsley
4. pour about a teaspoon oil into a big pot
5. fry the mushroom and the onion
6. mix the vegetable together
7. pour milk and flour mixture into the big pot
8. stir the soup until it thickens
9. add salt and pepper to taste
10. serve the soup into the blows
