B. Considered Distribution Grid and operational limits
The distribution grid of this area is structured in the
following voltage levels: 110 kV for the industry and transport
system; the 20 kV for supplying the far costumers and
connecting cities and the 6 kV for energy supply of the city and
the surroundings. The 20 kV and 6 kV lines are representing
the middle voltage (MV) section of the considered distribution
grid. The possibility of connecting the DGU at the voltage
levels is easy in places near the town and almost inaccessible at
the captions of the water treatment plants. Because of these, the
installation of a micro-plant can easily be made on the water
pipes. In the region, at this time are installed 4 small- and
micro-plants. It is also taken into consideration that more
micro- and small plants are connected to the low voltage (LV)
grid.
