after discussion with delivery team and Danil, we agreed that going forward we will be more consistent regarding the remarks. Pls find below the reasons for remark ka.
Dispatch can ask for remark when:
- more riders per order
- incomplete order
- customer change address once we reached the customer already
- rider needs to wait at the customer more than 45 minutes
- waiting time at the resto is more than 45 minutes- if he is on time, we start counting 45 minutes from communicated pickup time
IMPORTANT: delivery of the paper rolls and packaging going forward no need to remark. Every single request need to go through internal platform. We can remark only if we need to send more riders ka.
