Participants were undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in a
capstone business course at a large midwestern university (N = 338).
These participants were members of 64 teams, with four to six individuals
on each team (M = 5.23). To reflect a realistic organizational context,
teams had amultifunctional composition consisting of at least three different
business majors or concentrations (e.g., accounting, marketing, management).
Average age of the undergraduate participants was 22.9 years
(56% male) and 31.5 years (72% male) for graduate participants
