Procedure:
Experimental 1 : Evaluation of enzymatic browning reaction
Control sample
1. Slice plant sample with the thickness 5 mm, width 5 cm and length 5 cm.
2. Place plant sample in individual Petri dishes.
3. Spread 200 l of control buffer over the whole surface of sample.
4. Spread 200 l of substrate solution over the whole surface of sample.
