Amari Pattaya has recently appointed Executive Chef Maurizio Susan. He was born in Trieste, Italy. His culinary journey started in 1996 in cruise ships like the Crystal Luxury Cruise Liner and Royal Caribbean Cruise lines. In 1998, he had the opportunity to work in five-star hotels The Ritz-Carlton and Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas, three-star Michelin restaurants and collecting many awards such as 17 Gault&Millau points, Silver medal winner at Bocus D'or 2007 and Chef of the year in Germany 2000 and experiences in fine dining cuisine.
