My store’s online return policy
Last week you created your shop inventory and SKU information. As I’m sure you’re aware, customers sometimes change their mind after buying a product and other times need to return something because it was damaged before they bought it. Today you’ll develop and implement your store return policy and post it on your blog.
Take a look at these return policies for a better understanding of what your shop can offer. Lazada Thailand, Tesco Lotus Thailand and Walmart USA Your return policy does not need to be as specific as those above but must cover:
how many days the customer has to return a product
will you accept damaged items?
how will they receive the refund, credit or replacement?
