Collection Manager is reported to Chief Operating Officer, this position is responsible for developing and managing the collections strategy of the company including oversee in individual process of Collection Section (Phone Collection, Field Collection, Collection Administration). This position must be a very hands-on Manager and extremely detailed oriented.
- Enhance and implement collections strategy, from early stage to post-charge-off
- Maintain collection policy and procedures and ensure adherence to them
- Develop and implement loan modification and debt sale programs
- Analyze collection activity to continually improve performance and set best-in-class industry standard
- Manage and follow up the performance of internal team members towards the matters of Phone Collection, Field Collection, and Collection Administration; and as well the external partners i.e. OA management and other partner.
- Plan, assign and follow up the OA performance and develop effective tools to control and manage their performance
- Provide regular performance reporting to senior management and enhance collections reporting to external clients
- Work closely with credit department and provide performance feedback loop
- Conduct agency site visits for compliance and performance reviews
- Maintain up-to-date expertise and knowledge of collection laws, rules, and regulations
- Ensure full compliance with all related Thai laws especially the Civil and Commercial Act, the Consumer Protection Act and as well in company rules and regulations
