Effects of Cd on serum enzymatic activities of L. rohita are shown
in Table 3. Serum peroxidase activity was always higher in the Cdexposed
group; however, the differences were insignificant at all
time points.
Serum ALT and ALP levels were slightly higher in the Cd exposed group at 2 dpe. However, the Cd-exposed group exhibited
significantly higher ALT and ALP levels at 14 and 28 dpe. The highest
levels of ALT and ALP were observed at 28 dpe (Table 3).
